Mirabel Technologies launches new Events Module to streamline magazine and newspaper management

This month, Mirabel Technologies, the leading provider of media and publishing software, announced its newest addition to its all-in-one CRM platform: The Events Module, which will transform the way publishers manage event planning and production.

Built into the Production & Project Management Module, users will be able to manage and track their Event-related orders and tasks, along with any Editorial tasks and Production Jobs in one convenient and centralized location.

This feature allows users to not only create Event Rate Cards, Products and Business Units, but also includes the ability to create custom Event Project Stages to track all Event-related projects from start to finish. Event sales such as sponsorships can be tracked from sponsor registration to submitting logos, ad materials and booth setup — with custom stages specific to the company’s needs to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. 

Users can also create custom Event Project Fields to allow them to build custom views to keep track of various event details such as the marketing contact, attendee information, hotel and transport information, and more!
