Mirabel Technologies releases electronic signature system within publishing CRM, Magazine Manager

More to come in 2023, including the ability to create customized proposal approval workflows and notifications within an organization

Last week, Mirabel Technologies, one of the leading software companies for publishers, released our very own much anticipated "built-in" electronic signature system within our publishing CRM, Magazine Manager. 

With this new feature, users will be able to send proposals as signable documents to customers directly through the CRM platform in only a matter of clicks. Then, once a document is signed, the proposal status will be automatically updated within the CRM and a PDF version of the signed proposal will be sent to both the sales rep and the customer. 

Not only are these electronic signatures legally binding, but also, because our e-signature product is built into the cost of our software, many of our clients will save several thousands of dollars per year that they would have spent with an outside e-signature vendor.

This is the first step of a larger project to streamline the proposal approval process. This coming year, we will be expanding upon our powerful workflow automation engine by adding the ability to create customized proposal approval workflows and notifications within an organization.
