With the $12.5 million sale of the Treasure Coast Newspapers St. Lucie West printing plant in March, it completes nearly 20 years of news being printed from the site.
Twenty Lake Holdings, a New York-based national real estate investment and management company that has purchased other newspaper properties, bought the 17-acre property under the corporate names TLH Port St. Lucie Land LLC and TAV Port St. Lucie LLC. Deeds were filed recently with the St. Lucie County Clerk of Court.
