America’s Newspapers will contract with a third-party agency to sell the ads and will restrict them from approaching advertisers with current advertising campaigns. Current newspaper advertisers may use the program ONLY if the purchase would be incremental to their existing program.
While a specific date will be requested, the ads may be published within a specified window — within 3 days of the requested publication date.
This agreement is self‐renewing, but can be cancelled at any time by either party with 60 days’ notice.
