St. Louis Post-Dispatch General Manager Donna Bischoff has been named vice president of key accounts and branded content for Lee Enterprises. She will oversee national and grocery advertising as well as branded content, including Feast magazine and Brand Avenue Studios.

“Donna has an outstanding reputation as a sales leader, and this promotion is well deserved,” said Ray Farris, Lee operating vice president and vice president of advertising. “She’s a creative and experienced executive with an uncanny instinct for identifying and developing new revenue opportunities.”

Bischoff became general manager in St. Louis in April of this year after being named vice president of sales and marketing in 2018. She joined the St. Louis Post-Dispatch in 1993 as an account representative, advancing through multiple leadership roles including advertising director and vice president of advertising.

“Donna is a proven leader in one of the largest and top performing markets in the company,” said Lee Vice President of Local Advertising Joe Battistoni. “She brings a deep understanding of an evolving national advertising landscape to her new role, along with great energy and an innovative approach to meeting the needs of our clients.”

Bischoff currently serves on the Missouri Press Association board of directors and has held seats on numerous boards throughout her career.

“There has never been a more exciting time to be a part of Lee Enterprises,” Bischoff said. “Advertisers are searching for new and creative ways to reach consumers, and we are in a unique position to deliver results for both national and local clients through strategic, data-driven marketing and custom content solutions.”

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Missouri State University. She is a lifelong resident of St. Louis, where she and her husband, Tom, have three children.
