Bob Woodward serves as the publisher of TH Media  and vice president, community media, Woodward Communications, and general manager of Woodward Printing Services.

He provides overall leadership and management for the Community Media Division, promotes and supports the corporation's vision, mission and core values, and develops long-range (strategic) plans and annual operating plans.

Woodward sets division and units' policies and procedures, ensures division, employee owner goals and team goals are in alignment and effectively communicated to ensure effective and timely execution of such goals and related plans. He also institutes best practices of the Great Game of Business (open book management), components and processes that educate, support and promote financial literacy and employee owner engagement.

Further, he represents the division in the communities served, staying attuned to its needs and developing trends. Woodward works with directors, managers and staff to develop cross-divisional opportunities for revenue, problem solving, training and sharing of expertise and information.

The Woodward Community Media Division consists of the Telegraph Herald (and its related print, digital and event products and services, collectively called TH Media), based in Dubuque, Iowa, several community papers and local shoppers in north eastern Iowa and south western Wisconsin, and Woodward Printing Services based in Platteville, Wisconsin.
