A new bill signed by Governor Kristi Noem on Feb. 12 will redefine the term “legal newspaper” in South Dakota.
David Bordewyk, executive director of the South Dakota News Media Association, gave his thoughts on the development.
“What this bill does, is it basically creates a new option for a legal newspaper in South Dakota,” said Bordewyk, who went on do explain what a “legal newspaper” is.
