Randy Mitchell has been named the new publisher and digital sales director for the Aiken Standard in South Carolina.
Mitchell, 61, brings a wealth of newspaper experience after serving in similar positions around the United States.
“I’m looking forward to it,” Mitchell said. “I think it’s going to be a great fit for me and a great fit for the paper.”
Most recently, he served as publisher and digital marketing director for The Crescent-News in Defiance, Ohio.
