Público Portugal, the Portuguese newspaper, has selected Protecmedia´s Quay, the innovative Digital Asset Management (DAM) for the modernization of its archive.
This project is a testament to the continued trust Público Portugal places in Protecmedia. While they have been long-standing clients of Protecmedia's editorial solution Milenium, the subscriptions solution Shipo and the advertising platform Ad-on-Line, their new project with Quay further underscores their confidence in Protecmedia. It is a step toward transforming the way Público manages its vast collection of images.
With the planned migration of approximately 1.5 million photographs, this ambitious modernization project will enable Público Portugal to access, organize and share its visual resources in a more efficient and effective manner. Furthermore, up to 19 users at Público Portugal's facilities will utilize this cutting-edge tool, which will be implemented in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), providing swift and secure access to digital assets.
