We are pleased to announce that the Mirabel Technologies Customer Success team has been honored as the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Awards category in The 21st Annual American Business Awards®.
The winners were determined by the average scores of more than 240 professionals worldwide in the three-month judging process.
More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Thought Leader of the Year, and App of the Year, among others. Mirabel Technologies was nominated in the Customer Service Awards category for the Customer Service Team of the Year.
“Client satisfaction is the ‘final score’ for every software provider,” said Mirabel Technologies President Mark McCormick, “and we have worked tirelessly over the past several years to be the highest-ranked software in our industry.”
In the past three years, we have made over 25 improvements to our customer support processes in order to better serve our clients, including expanding support staff, the addition of live chat and webinars, expanding our video library, and creating better support materials for every release.
“Above all else, the customer service I receive from Magazine Manager employees is unparalleled.” Aili Casey’s Capterra review reads, “Not only is it a fantastic software with every capability we need and then some, but the team they have put in place at Magazine Manager is what I like most about working with them.”
The awards will be presented at a gala at the Marriott Marquis in New York on June 13. Details about The American Business Awards and the list of 2023 Stevie winners are available at www.StevieAwards.com/ABA.
