The Wahpeton (North Dakota) Daily News and Richland County News Monitor announce the promotion of longtime reporter Frank Stanko to managing editor of both newspapers.
Stanko, who has been with the Daily News and News Monitor for nearly nine years, succeeds former Managing Editor Jacob Holley. Holley will continue in journalism as a reporter with the Williston (North Dakota) Herald. The Daily News, News Monitor and Williston Herald are all Wick Communications newspapers.
