America’s Newspapers will hold its annual business meeting at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, at The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. The association will hold the annual election of officers and directors and will consider an amendment to the bylaws. The purpose of the amendment is to change the titles of the president to chair, vice president to vice chair, immediate past president to immediate past chair, CEO to president and CEO, and extending the terms of directors to three full terms instead of two.
