Erik Bohnhoff has worked in sales and marketing at the Star Tribune (Minneapolis, Minnesota) for more than 10 years. In his current role as director of advertising, he leads a team of account executives who work with customers to maximize their marketing campaigns using the Star Tribune's robust digital, print and event portfolio. His strong background in digital and direct marketing not only help his team and customers find success, but you can find his fingerprints all over the Star Tribune’s transformation from a legacy print organization to a leader in the digital space.

Carlos Ruiz is the director of business geographics in Star Tribune's Market Research Department. His professional expertise includes Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Market Segmentation and Transactional Data Analysis. Ruiz is originally from Spain and obtained his BS and MA degrees from the University of Minnesota. He has been with the Star Tribune for 25 years.
