John Bussian has litigated scores of libel and open government issues, as well as subpoenas directed to newsrooms, courtroom and court records access disputes, and circulation, advertising, and intellectual property matters in state and federal courts across the country. The firm represents on a regular basis Gannett Co. newspapers, other North Carolina newspapers, and media interests in Florida, Texas and Tennessee, along with the member newspapers of America's Newspapers, where Bussian serves on the board of directors, and the North Carolina Press Association. The firm also represents the Duke Student Publishing Company, and has litigated for the Associated Press and the Houston Chronicle. He is admitted to the bars of North Carolina, the District of Columbia, Florida and Texas.

Brian Jarvis is president of WV News, publisher of The Exponent Telegram, The State Journal, Blue & Gold News, Fairmont News, Bridgeport News, Weston News, Preston News & Journal, The Garrett Co. Republican, Your Bulletin Board and NCWV Life magazine, with headquarters in Clarksburg, West Virginia, as well as offices in Fairmont, Morgantown, Kingwood, Charleston and Oakland, Maryland, as well as an investor in the Charleston Gazette-Mail.  He holds an undergraduate degree in business from Furman University, a law degree from West Virginia University and a Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Florida. He is a member of both the West Virginia Bar and Florida Bar. He serves on the board of directors of America’s Newspapers.

Camille Olson is a partner with Seyfarth Shaw LLP, co-chair of its National Complex Litigation practice group and national chair of its Complex Discrimination Litigation practice group. She serves on the firm's National Labor and Employment Law Steering Committee, and is the past national chair of the Labor & Employment practice department. Since 2013, she has served as chair of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Equal Employment Opportunity Subcommittee. For nearly 30 years, she has represented companies nationwide in all areas of litigation, with an emphasis on employment discrimination and harassment, wage-and-hour matters and independent contractor status.  She serves on the board of directors of America's Newspapers.
