Grimes, McGovern & Associates, a 60-year-old M&A Advisory Firm for the newspapers, media, events and information services industries. We are looking for associates who could be based anywhere in the U.S. The role is sourcing new sell-side and buy-side clients in the newspaper industry and running sales processes to bring transactions to close.
High level of professionalism required. Role is part sales, part business development (lots of cold calling) and part financial (understanding P&L's, adjustments, add-backs). Comfort with Excel, Dropbox, Google Docs, CRMs required. Unlimited earnings ability.
