A new website called AlabamaNow.com launched on Friday to provide online news, sports and feature stories focusing on the state of Alabama.
AlabamaNow.com is a collaborative effort of approximately 20 community newspapers and magazines that are published across Alabama. The website is owned by Digital Newsmedia Partners LLC, an affiliate of Boone Newspapers, Inc.
The goal of AlabamaNow.com is to provide readers with original and curated articles focused on news, sports and cultural issues of interest and importance to those living in Alabama or with connections there.
