Support the Donated Ad Program and help America's Newspapers

The America’s Newspapers Donated Ad Program is an effective way for your organization to support your fellow members and the overall industry.   Your donated space will fund much needed industry training and marketing programs.

Proceeds from this program will go directly to program development that will support newspapers of all sizes, including virtual professional training programs and robust marketing campaigns to promote the value newspapers provide to their local communities every day. 

Your newspaper will have the opportunity to directly benefit from these and other programs that America’s Newspapers provides. 

All proceeds of this Donated Ad Program will go directly to the development of training and marketing programs designed exclusively for America’s Newspapers members.

Here's How the Program Works

  • Agree to donate two (2) quarter-page print ads to run in color (preferably) during the calendar year.  Simply fill out the form located here.
  • America’s Newspapers will contract with a third-party agency to sell the ads and will restrict them from approaching advertisers with current advertising campaigns. Current newspaper advertisers may use the program ONLY if the purchase would be incremental to their existing program.
  • While a specific date will be requested, the ads may be published within a specified window — within 3 days of the requested publication date.
  • This agreement is self‐renewing, but can be cancelled at any time by either party with 60 days’ notice.
